Hotel Superhero - SaaS Property Management System (PMS)
Our PMS is offered exclusively as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. No physical goods or products are shipped.
Upon completion of your subscription and onboarding, you and your authorized users will receive access in 3 working days to the Hotel Superhero PMS platform.
System updates, enhancements, and new features are automatically deployed to all active users—no manual downloads or installations required.
You may upgrade or downgrade between available subscription plans at any time via your online customer account dashboard.
Any changes to your subscription (upgrades or downgrades) will be billed or credited on a pro-rata basis as per the effective date of your plan change, reflected in your next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Your account will remain active until the end of the ongoing billing period, after which access will automatically cease.
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods unless mandated by local law or explicitly stated in a promotional offer.
If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial end date.
